Cream Cheese
An unripe cheese made from milk and cream. Milk that is treated with bacteria or enzymes separates into whey. The whey is cut up and use up to make cream cheese.
White Chocolate
White chocolate is confection of sugar, cocoa butter, milk solids and contains no chocolate liquor. It is normally used for color contrast in dessert and for making praline.
Unsalted butter
Contains no salt and is sometimes erroneously called sweet better. It is generally preferred for cooking and baking since it enables the salt level to be adjusted according to the cook’s preference.
Egg
Eggs are one of the main ingredients in bakery. It contains high proteins, and these proteins are able to capture a large amount of air to form bubbles during the mixing process. The bubbles will mix with gluten from flour to a complex network structure, which constitutes the basic structure of the cake. At the same time, the coagulation of protein after heating will stabilize the cake structure as well. 
Cocoa powder
Cocoa powder is made by pulverizing partially defatted chocolate liquor and removing nearly all the cocoa butter. It is bright and somewhat acidic with a strong chocolate flavors. Cocoa powder is commonly used in recipes for baking. 
Chocolate whipping cream
Whipping cream contains more than 35% fat. It is rapidly by using a wire whisk or electronic mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy. It is normally used as fillings or spread evenly on cakes. 
Chocolate spread
A chocolate flavored paste, rich in sweetness, is mostly eaten by spreading it on breads and toasts or similar pastries such as muffins and pitas, or piped on cakes for flavors enhancement and decoration.
Chocolate paste
Chocolate paste is made up of the finely ground nib of the cocoa bean to darken the mixture.
Chocolate chip
Size for chocolate chip is small chucks of chocolate. They are often sold in a round, flat bottomed teardrop shape and are available in numerous sizes from large to miniature, but are usually around 1cm in diameter.
Chocolate coin
A chocolate coin shaped made by pure cocoa, sugar and butter. It is normally used for cake decoration to enhance the texture.
