Method: |
Step
1:

Bring (a) to boil, mix in
(b) cheese mixture and mixed fruit, stir well. Divide into 2
portions. |
Step 2:

Bring (b) to boil, add in
(d),
stir well, divide into 2 portions. |
Step 3:
|
Pour 1st portion into 8" square
shape, let it half set, pour the one portion of cheese mixture
onto it. Let it half set, pour the 2nd portion of blueberry
filling, lastly pour in cheese mixture. |
Step 4:
|
Chill and let it set and serve. |
