Coconut Milk Red Bean Half Moon Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A - Red Bean Jelly  
(a) agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  2nd coconut milk 250 ml
  castor sugar 40 g
(b) 1st coconut milk 100 ml
  red bean paste 100 g
B - Coconut Jelly  
(c) agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  2nd coconut milk 350 ml
  castor sugar 60 g
  pandan leaf 1 - 2 pieces
  1st coconut milk 150 ml

 
Method:
Step 1:
bring (a) to boil, mix in (b) cook for a while.
Step 2:
bring (c) to boil, mix in (d) cook for a while.
Step 3:
pour 50ml of 'B' mixture into the half moon mould and place another three half moon moulds between on it.
Step 4:
pour in 'A' mixture and 'B' mixture into the mould alternately.
Step 5:
when the jelly turn half set, slowly take out the half moon mould and pour another 'B' mixture on top till full. Chill and set.
