Method: |
Step
1:
|
Bring (a) to boil, add in (b),
cook until thicken, add in (c), cook for a while, pour into a 9"
square mould, leave to set and cut into cubes. |
Step 2:
|
Bring (d) to boil, add in (e),
cook for a while. |
Step 3:
|
Firstly, pour in 200ml of
'B' solution in a 9" mould, sprinkle yam agar-agar cubes, leave to
half set, then pour in 300ml of 'B' solution, then sprinkle yam
agar-agar cubes on to until is used up. |
Step 4:
|
Chill and leave to set. |
