Easter Egg Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  castor sugar 80 g
  coconut milk 450 ml
  pandan leaf few pieces
  salt a pinch
  egg yolk coloring a few drops
B agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  castor sugar 80 g
  coconut milk 450 ml
  pandan leaf few pieces
  salt a pinch
C agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  castor sugar 160 g
  water 930 ml
  pandan leaf few pieces
  red coloring few drops
D agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  castor sugar 80 g
  coconut milk 450 ml
  pandan leaf few pieces
  coloring yellow, orange, red (few drops)

 
Method:
Step 1:
Wash and clean 10 empty egg shalls.
Step 2:
Cook 'A' ingredients until boil, add in yolk coloring, strain and pour into the egg yolk jelly mould. Leave to set. Cook the ingredients 'B' until boils, strain.
Step 3:
Cook the ingredients 'B' until boils, strain.
Step 4:
Remove the set egg yolk from the jelly mould and place the egg into the cleaned shell, then pour in the no.3. Wait until set.
Step 5:
Cook the ingredients 'C' until boil, add in red coloring, strain.
Step 6:
Remove the set egg from the shell, then pour in the red mixture (Step 5) into the jelly mould about ¼ full and leave to set slightly, place the egg in, then pour all remainder red jelly mixture into the mould. Leave to set.
Step 7: Pour in another 150 ml 'D' (Yellow) into red mixture. Follow by 150 ml orange color, 150 ml red color.
