Step
1:

slightly cut the bottom of
the orange, be sure the orange able stand on the table. cut
out the orange top potion about
¼ inch thick from the cutting point to act as the handle and
carve "V" shapes around the skin of the orange.

Step 2:

remove the pulp out from the
orange but leave a litter left and blend the pulp.

Step 3:
|
strain the orange juice about
500 ml (add more for required amount)
|
Step 4:
|
bring agar-agar power, orange
juice and sugar till boil. then add in yogurt orange juice,
pour into the orange.

Step 6:
|
place in the fruit cocktail
and allow to set, chill.
