Fruits Juicy Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A water melon juice 350 g
  castor sugar 50 g
  agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  red coloring few drops
  (Bring to boil)
B papaya pulp 200 g
  castor sugar 60 g
  agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  evaporated milk 50 ml
  water 100 ml
  (Bring water, sugar, agar-agar solution to boil, add milk, blended papaya pulp, orange coloring, allow to boil)
C kiwi flesh 200 g
  water 100 ml
  castor sugar 80 g
  agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  evaporated milk 50 ml
  green coloring few drops
  (Bring water, sugar, agar-agar powder to boil, add in milk, blended kiwi, green coloring, allow to boil)
D jackfruit 250 g
  water 100 ml
  agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  yellow coloring few coloring
  (Bring to boil)
E water 1000 ml
  castor sugar 170 g
  agar-agar powder 5 teaspoons
  (Bring to boil)

 
Method:
Step 1:
Pour all 'A', 'B', 'C', and 'D' into rice bowl, leave to set, cut into cubes.
Step 2:
Add into small mould, pour in 'E' solutions. Leave to set and chill.
