Frutti Coffee Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A agar-agar powder 4 teaspoons
  water 900 ml
  sugar 170 g
  pandan leaf few pieces
  yellow coloring few drops
B agar-agar powder 4 teaspoons
  2nd coconut milk 700 ml
  1st coconut milk 200 ml
  sugar 170 g
  pandan leaf few pieces
  Filling  
C agar-agar powder 8 teaspoons
  water 1250 ml
  castor sugar 270 g
D egg 1 unit
  evaporated milk 225 ml
  instant Nescafe 3 teaspoons
E fruit cocktail 1 small tin

 
Method:
Step 1:
Boil ingredients 'A' and 'B'.
Step 2:
Take 150 ml of the 'A' ingredient and pour into a 8"x8" square tray, leave to half set, then pour into the 'B' mixture until all used up.
Step 3:
Cut into small pieces, arrange into 9"x9" square mould.
Step 4:
Boil ingredient 'C' follow by ingredient 'D'. Sieve.
Step 5:
Remove from fire (boiling), add in 'E' ingredients and pour over the jelly set cubes. Leave to set.
