Half Moon Rainbow Layer Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
  Decoration for surface  
(a) agar-agar powder 6 teaspoons
  castor sugar 50 g
  pandan leaf few pieces
  2nd coconut milk 500 ml
(b) 1st coconut milk 100 ml
(c) egg white 2 units
  castor sugar 80 g
     
  Filling  
(d) agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  castor sugar 30 g
  mixed fruit cocktail juice 150 ml
  water 150 ml
(e) vitagen 2 bottle (plain)
  mixed fruit 100 g

 
Method:
Step 1:
Boil (a) and add in (b), cook for a while.
Step 2:
Whisk (c) till foam and fluffy, add in (a) and (b) mixtures, stir till even. Divide into 4 color: yellow, green, red, and brown by adding difference coloring.
Step 3:
Pour 1st layer (yellow) into 8" square shape mould, follow by green, red and brown layer. Let it set and slice it.
Step 4:
Cut into strips, arrange onto the half moon mould closely.

Cook (d) till boil and add in (e), stir well.

Pour into half moon mould and sprinkle mixed fruit on to it. Let it set and serve.
