Method: |
Step
1:
|
Boil (a)
and add in (b), cook for a while.
|
Step 2:
|
Whisk (c)
till foam and fluffy, add in (a)
and (b) mixtures, stir till even.
Divide into 4 color: yellow, green, red, and brown by adding
difference coloring. |
Step 3:
|
Pour 1st layer (yellow) into 8"
square shape mould, follow by green, red and brown layer. Let it
set and slice it. |
Step 4:
|
Cut into strips, arrange onto the
half moon mould closely.
Cook (d) till boil and add in
(e), stir well.
Pour into half moon mould and
sprinkle mixed fruit on to it. Let it set and serve. |
