Method: |
Step
1:
|
Bring 'A'
to boil (except Guilinggao), add in Guilinggao, bring
to boil until melts and strain. |
Step 2:
|
Add in
'B', bring to boil until turn thicken paste. |
Step 3:
|
Pour Guilinggao agar-agar solution
into mould 70% full. The remains add in
'C', mix well, for later use. |

Step 4:
|
When half set, pour in agar-agar
solution until full. Leave to set and chill. |
