Jelly Recipe
Herbal Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A agar-agar power 4 teaspoons
  water 500 ml
  brown sugar 80 g
  Guilinggao 400 g
B green pea starch 1 teaspoon
  water 1 teaspoon
C evaporated milk 1 teaspoon
  sago 3 teaspoon
  (soak for 10 minutes, cook until transparent, wash and drain)
D small turtle mould 10 pieces

 
Method:
Step 1:
Bring 'A' to boil (except Guilinggao), add in Guilinggao, bring to boil until melts and strain.
Step 2:
Add in 'B', bring to boil until turn thicken paste.
Step 3:
Pour Guilinggao agar-agar solution into mould 70% full. The remains add in 'C', mix well, for later use.
Step 4:
 
When half set, pour in agar-agar solution until full. Leave to set and chill.
