Method: |
Step
1:

mixing ingredient
'A', then bring
'A' to boil, add in fresh
milk, add in 'B', stir well.
Leave to cool. |
Step 2:
|
Divide
'A' and 'B'
solution into 3 portions. The two portions (each 300 ml) mix
with strawberry ice-cream (add pink coloring) and chocolate
ice-cream (add chocolate coloring) separately, mix well. The 3rd
portion (200 ml) mix with yellow coloring. |
Step 3:
|
Pour in strawberry ice-cream
agar-agar solution into mould first, let it half set, then pour
in one thin layer of yellow agar-agar solution, leave to half
set. Lastly, pour in chocolate ice-cream agar-agar solutions.
Leave to set and chill. |
