Konyaku Mango Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A agar-agar powder 2 teaspoons
  castor sugar 20 g
  mango juice 300 ml
B mangoes flesh 100 g (blended)
  orange coloring few drops
     
  Konyaku Jelly Ingredients
  konyaku jelly 2 teaspoons
  castor sugar 80 g
  water 500 ml
  acid citric 1/8 teaspoons
  mangoes essence 1/8 teaspoons

 
Method:
Step 1:
Boil 'A' and mix in 'B' stir well and coloring. Pour into a container. Let it set.
Cut into the shape.
Step 2:
Mix konyaku  powder with castor sugar.
Step 3:
Boil water with (2) mixture, turn to small flame and stirring for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4:
Turn off the flame. Add in acid citric and mango essence.
Step 5:
Pour konyaku jelly into 8 or 10 hole mould till 1/3 full. Then put in mangoes filling, pour back the konyaku jelly till full, let it set and keep cold.
