Preparation for sago: |

|
|
Boil water, pour in sago (washed and
soaked) cook until transparent, take out, sifted. |

Method: |
Step
1:

Bring 'A'
to boil, add in 'B',
allow to boil for a while. |
Step 2:
|
Whisk 'C'
until stiff and smooth, slowly use a hand whisk to beat into the
warm mixture. Lastly add in cooked sago. |
Step 3:
|
Divide into 3 portions and add in
individual color, beat well. |
Step 4:
|
Pour into half moon tray layer and
leave to set. |
