Marshmallow Pearl Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A agar-agar powder 4 teaspoons
  2nd coconut milk 350 ml
  pandan leaf few pieces
  castor sugar 30 g
B 1st coconut milk 100 ml
  condensed milk 1 teaspoon
C egg white 2 units
  castor sugar 80 g
D Sago 100 g
  Coloring red, green, and yellow
  Preparation for sago:  
  Boil water, pour in sago (washed and soaked) cook until transparent, take out, sifted.

 
Method:
Step 1:
Bring 'A' to boil, add in 'B', allow to boil for a while.
Step 2:
Whisk 'C' until stiff and smooth, slowly use a hand whisk to beat into the warm mixture. Lastly add in cooked sago.
Step 3:
Divide into 3 portions and add in individual color, beat well.
Step 4:
Pour into half moon tray layer and leave to set.
