Mini Chocolate Jelly Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
  Cake  
  egg 2 units
  sugar 100 g
  ovalatte 1 teaspoon
  fresh milk 120 ml
A chocolate powder 20 g
  chocolate emulco ¼ teaspoon
B low protein powder 130 g
  soda powder ½ teaspoon
  Agar-agar  
  agar-agar powder 1 teaspoon
  sugar 40 g
  water 250 ml
  (Bring to dissolve and take 80ml together with 1 teaspoon condensed milk, mix well)

 
Method:
Step 1:
Whisk egg and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in ovalette, beat until creamy.
Step 2:
Combine the 'A' and 'B' mixtures into the egg batter.
Step 3:
Pipe out the batter into oiled small mould.
Step 4:
Steam for 10 minutes at high or till cooked. Remove and leave to cool.
Step 5:
Bring the agar-agar ingredients to boil, pour into cake mould (half), leave to slightly set, then add in the cake.
Step 6:
Remove after set. Pour in another layer of sweet agar-agar solution on top Leave to set.
