Method: |
Step
1:

Whisk egg and sugar till light and
fluffy. Add in ovalette, beat until creamy. |
Step 2:

Combine the
'A' and 'B'
mixtures into the egg batter. |
Step 3:

Pipe out the batter into oiled
small mould. |
Step 4:
|
Steam for 10 minutes at high or
till cooked. Remove and leave to cool. |
Step 5:
|
Bring the agar-agar ingredients to
boil, pour into cake mould (half), leave to slightly set, then
add in the cake. |
Step 6:
|
Remove after set. Pour in another
layer of sweet agar-agar solution on top Leave to set. |
