Pandan Poppy Seed Layer Jelly Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A    
(a) agar-agar power 4 teaspoons
  castor sugar 60 g
  2nd coconut milk 400 ml
(b) 1st coconut milk 100 ml
  salt a pinch
  pandan leaf 1 - 2 pieces
B    
(c) agar-agar power 4 teaspoons
  castor sugar 40 g
  water 400 ml
  pandan leaf 2 - 3 pieces
(d) kiwi filling 100 ml
  poppy seed 2 teaspoons
  pandan essence ½ teaspoon

 
Method:
Step 1:
bring (a) to boil, add in (b), cook for a while. For later use.
Step 2:
Bring (c) to boil, add in (b), stir well.
Step 3:
take out 100 ml of 'A' mixtures, pour into oval shape mould, let it half set, then pour in 100 ml of 'B' mixtures, continue this steps until mixtures is used up.
