Method: |
Step
1:

Bring agar-agar powder, sugar, and
lychee boil with water. |
Step 2:
|
Leave for a while, soak lychee in
agar-agar solution, arrange on a mould. |
Step 3:

Use half on the agar-agar
solution, add with red coloring, pour into mould until lychee is
covered up. |
Step 4:
|
The remains add with milk, then
pout into red agar-agar. Leave to half set. |
Step 5:
|
Bring ingredient
'B1' to boil, add in durian
flesh, follow by coconut milk, cook for a while. Divide into 2
portions, 1 portion add yellow coloring, for the other portion
add orange coloring. |
Step 6:
|
Pour two solutions into red
agar-agar alternately. Leave set and chill. |
