Method: |
Step
1:
|
Bring ingredient
'B' to boil, pour into few
bowls and add in coloring separately, allow it to set. |
Step 2:
|
Grate into strips. |
Step 3:
|
Bring ingredients
'A' to boil. |
Step 4:
|
Pour a layer of transparent jelly
'A' (50 ml, mix with 1 drop
red coloring) into the triangle mould, allow it to half set.

Step 5:
|
Spread the grated coconut jelly on
top of the transparent jelly. |
Step 6:
|
Repeat the procedure. Allow it to
set and chill. |
