watermelon	1 teaspoon
berri lemon juice	15ml
egg white	½
sugar syrup	dash

Method: Blend all ingredients except cream, with ice and pour

Garnish: Float cream, sprinkle with cinnamon

Glass: 290ml Salud Grande Glass
