strawberries	3
kiwi fruit	½
plain yoghurt	60ml
berri apricot nectar	60ml
sugar syrup	15ml

Method: Blend with ice and pour

Garnish: Kiwi slice on side of glass.

Glass: 260ml tulip champagne flute

Tips: A thick fruity blend with a gentle hint of apricot.
