Pudding Dessert Recipe
Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
soy beans 300g
citrus acid powder 1 teaspoon
corn flour, cocoa powder 2 teaspoons
Syrup:  
castor sugar 300g
water 750ml
pandan leaves 3 pieces
ginger 2 slices
Method:
Step 1:
Pour all the syrup ingredients into a pot, then cook until boiled. Remove pandan leaves and ginger slices.
Step 2:
Rinse soy beans, soak it for 6 hours and then blend together with 2.5 liters water for 3 times and until well mix.
Step 3:
Sift it with a cotton cloth. Repeat it for 2~3 times and then pour into the pot and cook over low heat until boiled.
Step 4:
Mix well citrus acid powder, corn flour, cocoa powder with 250ml water, then pour into a pot and pouring in boiled soy beans into the pot from high level.
Step 5:
Cover it with one pieces of white cloth and cover, then leave to cold and fix for 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Remove the rough surface and then spoon up the smoothie soy beans pudding into a bowl and then serve together with syrup.
