Lemon Green Tea Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
A    
  lemon 16 pieces (skinned, sliced)
  water 250 ml
  sugar 80 g
  (using low flame to cook  for 30 minutes until lemon become soft and remove then drain well )
  red cherry some (cut into small pieces)
B    
(a) agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  water 400 ml
  castor sugar 60 g
(b) lemon sugar syrup 100 g (from ingredients 'A')
  green tea powder 3 teaspoons
  lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  green coloring few drops
  (Boil (a) and add in (b))
C    
(c) agar-agar powder 3 teaspoons
  soya bean juice 400 ml (without sugar)
  castor sugar 60 g
(d) lemon sugar syrup 100 g (from ingredients 'A')
  green tea powder 3 teaspoons (boil (c) and add in (d))

 
Method:
Step 1:
Pour 100ml of ingredients 'B' into half moon mould, leave it almost set, arrange lemon slices and red cherry on top. Then pour 100ml until lemon is covered. Leave to almost set.
Step 2:
Pour 100ml of ingredients 'C' into (step 1) and leave to almost set. Then pour in 250ml of ingredient 'B' on top. Lastly pour 300ml of ingredients 'C' on top. Keep in fridge.
