Mango Pineapple Juicy Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
Materials		Quantity
A	instant jelly	¼ teaspoon
	agar-agar powder	2 teaspoons
	mango juice	300 g
B	mango puree	150 g
	orange & green coloring	few drops
C	agar-agar powder	3 teaspoons
	instant jelly	½ teaspoon
	water	200 g
	sugar	40 g
D	pineapple juice	200 g
	pineapple cube	100 g

Method:

Step 1:

Mango layer: bring ingredient 'A' to boil first, then add in ingredient 'B'. Divide into orange paste and green paste. Pour into required part of mould. Leave to set.

Step 2:

Pineapple Layer: bring 'C' to boil and dissolved. Pour in 'D' and mix well. Leave to set.
