Method: |
Step
1:

Bring 2nd coconut milk, agar-agar
powder and pandan leaf to boil |
Step 2:
|
Once boil, add in 80g sugar from
the 300g and 1st coconut milk, allow to boil then add in the
condensed milk. |
Step 3:
|
Strain, whisk egg white with 220g
sugar till stiff and smooth, slowly use the hand whisk to beat
into the mixture. |
Step 4:
|
Divide into 4 portions and add in
individual color, and mix well. |
Step 5:
|
Pour into tray (square) layer by
layer and leave to set. |
Step 6:
|
Cut into square. Dust with chopped
peanut in top. |
