American Ginseng Barley Sweet Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
American ginseng, wolfberries 75g
barley 225g
lotus seed 40g
ginger slices 2

red dates

rock sugar add to taste
Method:
Step 1:
 
Rinse ginseng and cut into slices. Rinse wolfberries and set aside for further usage.
Step 2:
 
Rinse barley, lotus seed and then soaked into water for 30 minutes. Pour into pot and cook over hot water until soft. Add in ginger slices, wolfberries, ginseng, red dates and cook for another 15 minutes. Finally add in sugar and mix well.
