Method: |

Step
1:

Cook some
water into a pot, add in sago and cook until sago almost turn
into transparent. Then turn off and cover it for 10 minutes
until sago has cooked. Remove and soak into cold water. |

Step 2:

Pour rock
sugar and water into a pot and cook until sugar has dissolve and
then leave it to cool. |

Step 3:

When syrup
has totally cool, add in coconut milk, fresh milk, sago, coconut
flesh and mix well. Serve. |
