Coconut Flesh Sago Soup Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
sago 120g
coconut sugar 160g
rock sugar 200g
fresh milk 300ml
water 1 liter
Method:
Step 1:
 
Cook some water into a pot, add in sago and cook until sago almost turn into transparent. Then turn off and cover it for 10 minutes until sago has cooked. Remove and soak into cold water.
Step 2:
 
Pour rock sugar and water into a pot and cook until sugar has dissolve and then leave it to cool.
Step 3:
 
When syrup has totally cool, add in coconut milk, fresh milk, sago, coconut flesh and mix well. Serve.
