Method: |

Step
1:

Rinse lotus
seeds and cook together with some water until soft. |

Step 2:
|
Pour palm
sugar, red dates, dried sugar cane sticks and pandan leaves into
a pot, then cook for 30 minutes. |

Step 3:
|
Add in rock
sugar and method 1, then cook for another 10 minutes. |
|
Step 4:
|
Once cool,
add in ice cubes and serve. |
