Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Ear Fungus Chrysanthemum Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
white ear fungus 40g
chrysanthemum 10g
red dates 10 units

rock sugar

100g
water 1 liter
Method:
Step 1:
 
Rinse ear fungus and then soak until soft and tear into small pieces. Rinse red dates and soak until soft.
Step 2:
 
Pour the water into a pot and then cook until boiled. Add in chrysanthemum and turn into low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and sieve.
Step 3:
 
Add ear fungus, red dates into the chrysanthemum tea, then cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add in rock sugar and stir cook until sugar dissolved. Serve.
