Method: |
Step
1:

Pour rock sugar and water into a
pot, then cook until sugar has dissolved. Add in ginger juice
and mix well. Leave to cool. |
Step 2:

Mix well fresh milk and egg white,
then add in ginger syrup. |
Step 3:

Sift all the mixture and then pour
into small bowls. Place into the preheat steamer and steam over
low heat for 10~15 minutes. |
