Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Gingko Yam Sweet Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
yam 300g
castor sugar 100g
gingkoes 150g
water 2 liters
corn flour add to taste
Method:
Step 1:
Rinse yam, then peel and cut into slices. Steam it over steamer until soft and smashed. Peel gingkoes and rinse.
Step 2:
Cook gingkoes with the water until soft. Add in sugar, yam puree and mix well. Then thicken it with corn flour solution. Serve.
