Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Green Bean with Sea Coconut Sweet Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
green beans 200g
sea coconut 150g
sago 30g
thick coconut milk 100ml
water 800ml
pandan leaf 3 slices
sugar add to taste
Method:
Step 1:
 
Peel and rinse sea coconut, then cut it into slices. Heat some water until boil, pour in sago and cook until sago floated on the surface and cook. Then soak into a cool water for a minute and drain well. Set aside for further usage.
Step 2:
 
Rinse green beans, pandan leaves and then pour together with water into the pot and cook for 20 minutes. Add in sea coconut and cook until green beans until soft.
Step 3:
 
Add in sugar, thick coconut, sago and cook until boil. Turn off flame and ready to serve.
