Method: |
Step
1:
|
Rinse yam and peel. Then cut into
thin slices and steam with the preheat steamer over high heat
for 20 minutes and remove. |
Step 2:
|
Smash the steamed yam until puree.
Add in sugar, sweet potatoes flour, corn flour and mix well.
Then slowly pour in water and knead until become soft dough and
non sticky. |
Step 3:

Knead it a cylinder shape and cut
into 1.5cm think small dough. |
Step 4:
|
Pour into the boiled water and
cook over medium heat for 3~5 minutes. When yam ball floated,
cook for another 1 minute and dish up and well drain. |

Step 5: |
Cook peanuts with some water until
soft and then drain well. |
|
Step 6: |
Place yam balls, sweet potatoes
ball, peanuts, taufu fah, small glutinous rice ball into a bowl
and then pour in red bean soup. |
