Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Lotus Seeds Sweet Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
white fungus, lily bubs 19g
lotus seeds 38g
logan 50g
pandan leaf 3 pieces
water 1.5 liter
Method:
Step 1:
 
Wash lotus seeds, white fungus, lily bulbs, longan and pandan leaves and drain well.
Step 2:
 
Cook lotus seeds and pandan leaves with the water for about 1 hour. Then add in white fungus lily bulbs and longan for another ½ hour.
Step 3:
 
Add in rock sugar and cook until dissolved. Remove it from heat and serve.
