Method: |

Step
1:
|
Wash lotus
seeds, white fungus, lily bulbs, longan and pandan leaves and
drain well. |

Step 2:
|
Cook lotus
seeds and pandan leaves with the water for about 1 hour. Then
add in white fungus lily bulbs and longan for another ½ hour. |

Step 3:
|
Add in
rock sugar and cook until dissolved. Remove it from heat and
serve. |
