Method: |
Step
1:
|
Rinse mango and peeled, then cut
into small pieces. Pour half of the mango into the blender and
blend until mince. Peel pomole and tear into small pieces. |
Step 2:

Cook some water until boiled, then
pour in sago and cook until become transparent and then soak
into cool water for 5 minutes and drain well. |
Step 3:
|
Blend ice cubes until become
sorbet, then add in mango puree and mix well. Pour it into a
bowl. |

Step 4:
|
Add in balance mango, sago, pomole
and then pour in syrup and serve. |
