Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Mango Sago Pomelo Dessert Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity

mangoes

2 units
sago 2 teaspoons
pomelo ½ slice
ice cubes 1 cup
syrup add to taste
Method:
Step 1:
Rinse mango and peeled, then cut into small pieces. Pour half of the mango into the blender and blend until mince. Peel pomole and tear into small pieces.
Step 2:
Cook some water until boiled, then pour in sago and cook until become transparent and then soak into cool water for 5 minutes and drain well.
Step 3:
Blend ice cubes until become sorbet, then add in mango puree and mix well. Pour it into a bowl.
Step 4:
 
Add in balance mango, sago, pomole and then pour in syrup and serve.
