Mango with Yam Sweet Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials

mango
2 units (medium size)
yam
400g
water
500ml
corn flour
1 teaspoon
sugar
add to taste
Method:
Step
1:
Mix well corn flour with some
water until become flour solution. Rinse mango, yam and then cut
it into small pieces.
Step 2:
Blend the mango together with same
water until mix well and become puree.
Step 3:
Steam the yam until soft and
smash. Then pour yam puree and 250ml water into the pot and then
stir-cook until boil. Add in corn flour solution, sugar and
stir-cook until boil again. Turn off flame.
Step 4:
Scoop 2 teaspoons of mango and yam
mixture into a bowl and serve.
