Peanut Sweet Soup Recipe

Method:
Step 1:	Rinse peanuts and set aside for further usage.
Step 2:	Pour the water into pot and then cook until boiled. Add in peanuts, ginger slices and cook over high heat until boiled and then turn to low heat. Cover and cook for another 1 hour or until peanuts turn soft.
