Rinse and
peel the sweet potatoes and then cut into slices. Place it into
a steamer and steam until soft. Smash it differently and then
mix well with 50g of glutinous rice each. Knead it into 3 color
of small sweet potatoes. Set aside for further usage
Step 2:
Cook some
water until boil and then pour in sweet potatoes balls and cook
until all sweet potatoes float on the surface. Soak it into a
cool water for a minute and drain well.
Step 3:
Pour thin
coconut milk, sugar, pandan leaves into a pot and then cook it
until boil. Add in salt and mix well.
Step 4:
Pour in
thick coconut and turn off the flame. Add in cooked sweet
potatoes balls and serve.
