Sweet Soup Recipe (tong shui)
Water Chestnut Sweet Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
Materials Quantity
water chestnut 360g
egg 3 units
lemon ½ unit
water 2 liters
water chestnut flour, rock sugar some

Tips:

Since this sweet soup (Tong Shui) contain eggs, therefore is advisable to eat while hot because it will become smelly after cool.

Method:
Step 1:
Peel lemon and then mince the flesh. Peel water chestnut and cut into mince.
Step 2:
Cook the water until boiled, then add in minced water chestnut and cook for another 3 minutes. Add in sugar, lemon flesh and cook for few seconds and then thicken it with water chestnut flour.
Step 3:
Mix well the eggs into a bowl, then pour into the step 2 and stir cook until boiled.
